Iceland es una nación de 300.000 habitantes, en la cual hay aproximadamente 90 escuelas de música, 6.000 miembros de coros, 400 orquestas y bandas de marcha, y un número desconocido de bandas de rock, grupos de jazz y Djs. Screaming Masterpiece es un documental de Ari Alexander Ergis Magnússon, a traves de este intenta explicar el porque existe una gran escena musical.
Mediante presentaciones en vivo, y entrevistas, Screaming Masterpiece se va transformando en un revelador relato de identidad musical.
El documental deja más de una lección: el apego a las tradiciones, la energía de un pueblo, lo importante de la música y lo valioso de su difusión.
